At PupChill, we understand that fast and reliable shipping is essential to ensuring a great experience for you and your furry friend. This Shipping Policy outlines everything you need to know about how we handle orders, where we ship, the carriers we use, shipping timelines, and delivery expectations.
Where We Ship
We're proud to deliver comfort to pets all over the world. Wherever you and your furry friend are, we'll get your order to you.
Shipping Carriers
We ship all orders via trusted national postal services to ensure safe and reliable delivery worldwide.
Processing & Handling Time
We aim to get your pet products to you as quickly as possible. All orders are processed and handled within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
Delivery Time
We work with trusted carriers to ensure prompt and safe delivery. The total estimated timeframe is 6–12 business days, depending on your location.
Note: Delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, or peak seasons are outside of our control. PupChill is not responsible for such delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
Shipping Fees
- Domestic Orders (United States): Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
- International Orders: Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination and order details, so you'll always see the exact amount before you pay.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please carefully review your shipping address during checkout. PupChill cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address:
- The customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

If you prefer a refund instead, it will be processed minus the original shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee of the order value.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@pupchill.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the issue and offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and your preference.
